The Seven Deadly Sins

Ok lemme preface this with: this is probably not an original idea. I didn't read this anywhere but I highly doubt I'm the first to think of this:

That being said, I've been thinking about the champions who qualify as "demons" in LoL and two of the most obvious ones that stand out are:

Tahm Kench - Gluttony Evelynn - Lust

The other 5, Greed, Envy, Pride, Sloth and Wrath from the top of my head don't have any 'demon' champions thematically linked or based around them. I thought it might be interesting to have them somehow worked either into the existing lore, onto existing champions or as new champions entirely. Only issue is that Pride and Wrath seem to be quite widespread with the Darkin etc (specifically Wrath).

What do you guys think?

Jayce according to his and viktor`s lore, he pretty much is an example of why pride is a sin...maybe have a demon that represents pride act as if he/she/it already knows jayce...

I saw a post about wanting a champion themed as a merchant with some kind of a gold funding passive. That might lead to more funneling but idk thats riot job to figure out. That could get worked around greed.

The rest are pretty hard imo

Riot's already stated that the Demons of Runeterra aren't meant to be directly tied to the Seven Deadly Sins - not to mention that the Darkin aren't demons, they're fallen Ascended.

The Demons of Runeterra are less about embodying some corrupted aspect of humanity, and more about feeding on something they can draw out of people - Evelynn feeds off of the suffering brought from the heights of bliss, Tahm Kench gorges himself on self-wrought anguish born from misguided ambition, Nocturne feeds off of fear and paranoia...

Hell, even Swain's demon fed itself with secrets and knowledge drained from the last, fading whispers of life.

Besides, even if they did go with the whole "Seven Deadly Sins" schtick (which would be horribly limiting btw), Tahm would be Greed, not Gluttony. Gluttony is the obvious sin, but Tahm's lore speaks more to Greed than Gluttony.

Overall i think that eventually as Riot expands the roster of champions it is likely that we'll end up getting demons related to the 7 deadly sins. However I doubt that Riot consciously themes their champs around that,its just that "demons" are related to "negative" human emotions and ideals in general and that the 7 deadly sins are related to this idea as well.
