Making the UI easier to read for stream spectators.

I'd like to see clarity of the UI is not just for the player, but people who watch the player. In summary, just a few things that would improve clarity for the observer:

  1. Cooldown on items, they are almost completely blacked out. For items with long cooldowns, it can be hard to tell what they have, especially at low quality.
  2. Cooldown and no Mana on spell icons. Now, I know what all the champs spells are, but for those who don't; The cooldown again blued out the icons too much, and having no mana gets rid of the icon completely.
  3. Seeing opponents. This is maybe the most important. Going into watching a game, one of the first thing I want to know is which champions are in the game? I know there's a minimalist design to the UI, but players should be able to at least enable a UI element of seeing all enemy champions in the game (where their death timers show up). Yes, players check the scoreboards, but some not so much, some very quickly so you could miss it.

If anybody has anything to add, go right ahead.
