What happened to these skins

Wait, I thought it was tradition around here to include a new Lux and a new Miss Fortune skin whenever Ahri gets a new skin? Or was something changed?

I'm not requesting lux or mf skins, just wondering why aren't there skins for them when ahri got them? These 2 usually get new skins alongside ahri.
