Basically the title. I also would like to address how small improvements in skins would make it more worthwhile for players and greatly improve playing experience in general.

I have been playing League of Legends since three or so years ago and during those times have been enchanted by them. How they express character's personalities, add fun to the visuals, etc. The most important thing above all is, of course, the detail of it. How can Spectacular Sivir be truly spectacular without her pointy boobs? Details really make the skins.

However, and this is of great importance, as I have stated beforehand, I am disappointed time and time again by one skin in particular. And it destroys my play experience.
