Could the chained champion be related to Kayle and Morgana

We know that Kayle and Morg would be from Demacia because of the map and the new champ would be release just before Kayle/Morg VGU so it would be a good chance that they are connected.

Kayle and Morg are angelic figure and the tease image with the chain show some one with hooves and the devil is usually depicted with hooves.

Could it be possible that this new champ could be the devil to these angels?
