Not a pbe update though. Those are launching in Wednesdays live patch. They skipped the PBE like Beemo and Odyssey.

I don't even like Garen or Lucian (as champions) but I am much more excited about the Demacia Vice skins than thew newest batch of Arcade skins. These two designs feel fresh and creative. I hope the in-game models look as fun as the splash arts do.

I'd want to more properly ask Riot about this, but I'm betting that Armor Of The Fifth Age 
is included. He was Demacian, after all. And now he's ascended beyond the vice to a state of true, pure outrageousness.
