Like vayne has her bike. My friend mains xin and would love it, but doesn't know how to forum lol.

They plan to do a full VGU for Xin eventually, horses are planned there, across all skins. It will be years ahead due to his mini rework, but according to Riot he is still on the list.
I have to plead ignorance -- I didn't even know Xin had a horse. He's riding one in a couple of his splash arts, but that's about it.
