The Chilled minion @Riot

Dear Fellow summoners, Riot :).

As soon as ive seen this patch and looked at the current splash art updates i noticed this chilled looking Minion in the back of Arcade Ahri's splash art. I really would wish for such a minion as a summoner icon, but before that. Please tell me his story riot. im interrested, the other 2 minions are Panicked or X_X..

Also if he has a name, what is it. his expression Defines so much to me, but i suppose what his eyes say is opinion based. So yeah, please Tell us the name, if Any Rioter / Employee knows the answer and for us, for me and my fellow summoners if he has no name, what will his name be, what will his story be.

I clearly get that this might be strange to some of you. but this little guy.. i really want an icon or so, or maybe a little comic with him, or something like the old "news paper" they used to have in season 2 i think. cant remember the name q.q
