Can some other factions get events of the same calibre as Bilgewater?

Bligewater has received not one, but two incredible events. Each outfitted with special skins, loot capsules, a reskin of a howling abyss, new VO's, huge lore updates (though other faction events generally have lore updates), etc. These aren't piddly little skins either, theyre 975+RP skins.

I get it, pirates are cool. But can we please get something nice for factions like Zaun, Demacia, Noxus, Ionia, Shadow Isles (Harrowing?) and the other factions? Yes, I'm aware we had a Star Guardian event, but that doesn't really add anything of substance to the League of Legends universe.
