Who is the strongest hero without magical power?

Probably Jax as far as "relatively human champions", although there's strong reason to believe he's not human, and I'm not sure if you count that as an unfair advantage.

A large part of the problem with this is that in League there's a lot of inherent magic. Garen is implied to maybe have some, and other traditionally "non-magical" characters could as well. Galio, for example, doesn't have "magical powers," but he's a giant living statue.

riven has a magical sword. as for nonmagic, most of the void champs.

In terms of physical, brute strength, I'd say Alistar is pretty high up there. The ground trembles beneath his hooves and he gores you to death with his horns. No magic or weapons involved.

Could be my PTSD from soloq but I think Kai'Sa is pretty powerful for a non magic user, her suit adaptations seem powerful

second : hero needs to be defined.

third : magical power needs to be defined.
