Nothing for Syndra in Ionia? Is she being retconned?

I'm guessing it either was an "inappropriate" time to update her lore, or she's being retconned to fit into a new, unrevealed region.

i want her to have an ionian themed skin, She would be badass with blood moon. her spears can be blood moon symbols

Lore updates rarely update every champion of a faction. And for this year riot wants to do more lore updates focusing on a smaller amount of champions. The noxus update only updated Swain Darius Leblanc Katarina The void update only Kassadin Malzahar And the ionia event only Yasuo Riven Karma LeeSin Irelia

They all left out a lot of champions because of time constraints.
