@Riot - Alternate languages on any server

Hello. I see how in the login you can change region and sometimes languages, but only English is available on NA. I am wondering if there are any plans to allow more languages on any of the various servers. For example, having all the characters' and announcers' speak in Spanish instead of English for an NA player. Surely the voiceovers for different languages are already done because they exist on other servers.

It would be an amazing addition if all those voiceovers were available to everyone regardless of server. Would this be difficult to implement?
