LoL Volume Controls

I've been scouring the boards and the internet for the solution to the Music Volume problem with League of Legends and I came up empty.

The problem is: Launcher Music Volume has no control. If you want to listen to the launch music you have to adjust your computer volume. The gear in the upper right corner before launch adjusts SFX volume but not Music volume. In others words, you can adjust the confirmation sound of clicking the "LAUNCH" button... Some people like the music loud. Some people simply disable it. But some users are forced to adjust their computer volume when they want to hear it. There are topics discussing this that are 8 months old... I didn't see anything on the wiki for LoL Music for adjusting the volume.

There have also been some champ selects where the sounds were abnormally loud. There are controls for adjusting Music and SFX volume for champ select but I don't think they are working properly for all game modes such as the recent One for All.
