Frostheld?

Quick question. It used to be known, or at least guessed, that Frostheld was the Avarosan capital. However, as of the Demacia lore update, it's been burnt to the ground by Demacian forces, who wanted to stop Winter's Claw raids on Demacian shores. Did Sejuani's tribe seize the city at some point, or is this just a retcon? (The map of the Freljord from the original event is certainly quite outdated; I wonder if another will come with Nunu's VGU and the accompanying lore work...)

If Frostheld really is a Winter's Claw port city now, what's the Avarosan capital? Rakelstake?
