What did Urgot look like before his transformation?
We have "human" variations of other monstrous champions, such as Ryze, Sion and Brand. What did Urgot look like before becoming a cyborg?

We can never get a "human" skin for Urgot, tho.
All we could get would be some official art from the time before he went to Zaun, but it is unlikely that we will get something like that, since it has no impact on the developing story at this point anymore.
I think you can kinda imagine him like a human Sion. Really tall, muscled Noxian soldier.
I'm guessing he used to be a huge and very muscular man. The peak of Noxian strength and brutality. He probably was still bald then too. I imagine him with the build of Sion, but not quite so big. But it does seem that his current muscular arms are just the same as he had as an executioner. How else can you lift giant Noxian axes and whatever other weapons they use to execute criminals?

I'm not sure if it was ever confirmed to be Urgot, but Ekko battles a chem-thug in his Teaser "Seconds", it could be a less augmented version of him. Generally, the chem-thug aesthetic would fit for him, so I imagine he looks something like the other people from Zaun using chem-tech. More Zaun images here.
