Kassadin's Joke
So after recent nerfs Kassadin lost his silence. His joke states I tried to silence my mother one... Boy do i regret that. Now the joke is not funny/doesn't make sense. Thanks Riot you can't even have good jokes anymore.

i tried to interrupt my mother's channel once... she didn't have any channels so she didn't seem to notice.
Give him a 0.25 second silence.

They'll probably do it in the Kass rework. Doesn't make sense to bring in a voice actor for just one line/word.
Give talon a better name for his e as well. They did it for 
so why not talon.
He also has a combat quote being "SILENCE!"
It does make sense because he no longer has his silence. Duh.
Actually it makes sense now.
He tried to silence her, he couldn't and now he can't silence carp anymore.
