Bilgewater story main character

Ehm... Maybe i'm not the sharpest, but who's the main character in the bilgewater story? He can use cards, has a gun, but it's neither Twisted Fate, nor Graves. And not Gangplank for that matter. Miss fortune is there too, but who else could it be? IT's not these four so it must be another charater from Bilgewater, but i don't know which champions comes from there. It would be very cool if it's an upcoming champ, but as i said, maybe everybody knows, and i'm just stupid... Does anybody know/figured it out? :)
