Eeeeeh Idk about the modern Arabic area part because Nashramae is there too and it's a city that kept the ancient culture of Shurima a lot so it would be more Ancient Egypt (but all in all Shurima is a mix of ancient middle eastern/medietranean cultures so yeah)
