@Reav3 about splash art update

First of all, I just want to say that, now that minor VGUs are spicing up the old VGU formula and is being look up, the list of champs getting a rework/possible having a rework rose. Specially that you've stated last year that you wont do VU's anymore. So maybe, champs that needed only Visual/VO/lore/splash update has a chance again specially that they needed new GU as well like new VFX in their gameplay(which is considered an update too). This minor VGU as a replacement to half ass VGUs in the past or champs that has an ok gameplay but the appearance is outdated or doesn't look like what it should be is a great idea. Specially champs like caitlyn, who doesn't look like a pilty cop, veigar, who doesn't look like a yordle and looks like a rip off character from another game, garen, half bake VGU and some of his skins needs some touch up plus splash updates or MF, all are ok except her VO and some of her skins needs VFX, plus she needs an outfit change to her classic look (btw, splashes are ok already so no updates there). So thanks for giving champs some minor VGU.

So lets get into the topic, we all know that splash art updates are being shelved for the mean time because the champions team are busy making new splashes to VGU champs that has a lot of skins. But after this heavy drought, I wish they would continue it. And now that minor VGU is a thing, the splash art only candidates have been reduced.

I recommend finishing splash art updates to champs that received full VGU already(clearly not half bakes and VGUs that doesn't need an update anymore, unless its 15 years later) and half of its splash doesn't match up to its ingame skin/outdated.

Candidates for skin splashes updates are(high priority):

- his skins splashes are outdated as hell and doesn't really look like his skins in game model. He clearly need the update first. Plus, he did receive his full VGU already and his splashes are the only problem in LOL.

- although some say he receive a half bake VGU/ a VU only. I disagree with them because karthus is very solid already and like GP, his only problem is his skin splashes. I really want to see his skull back so please bring it back. We all know skulls are taboo in some regions so please make it like TF's cigar or evelynn's censored body.

- very solid already and my main pronlem is his haunted maokai splash. I hope the shelved/iceboxed haunted maokai splash sees the light of the day this year. Its just one splash.

- she clearly needs a minor VGU but if its gonna be long before you guys touches her, I think she needs an updated skin splashes as a place holder because most of her skin splashes(bandit,spectacular,warrior princess,hauntress) and her classic one is outdated as heck and not LOL art style enough. Plus, those splashes look like fan arts.

PS: I hope nunu's teaser(if there are which there is) would be a thursday-friday to build some hype unlike akali which is a monday. And i hope we could see him in the next PBE cycle. please! If he is, this week we'll see his teaser unless his teaser is the roadmap lol.
