I think Riot should redraw the program Camille splash art.

Not because of quality, but rather thematics.

When the program skin line was announced, I imagined that these skins were being anthropomorphic versions of computer programs like with Soraka being something that repairs against Malware. They acted as beings in cyberspace, a Runeterrain Tron is you will.

But Program Camille's splash art pushed me out of this fantasy and showcased that it's another robot skinline. This one more centered around dystopia (though only Camille's gives that impression imo) settings similar to the project skinline.

I feel this is ruining a great thematic opportunity. We have lots of robot skinlines, Mecha, Battlecast, Kinda Fullmetal, and Project. Each had a thematic and/or a setting that's played upon.

Program I feel just works better as a skin centered around actual programs in cyberspace. It makes them feel more unique to me.

I know this wasn't always the case since there's a city in the background of a Program Soraka, but I figured Riot was going for a Tron world vibe.

They should re-do the entire skinline. It's so ugly looking.

It's a normal-ish city in the background there. I think you just kinda talked yourself into something that was never there.

I definitely see your point, and I think that's a narrative that is much more compelling.

But riot seems interested primarily in individual story lines. They seem to shy away from multi-character narrative. I think it's a weak-point in their lore.
