Going Almost 4 Weeks Without a Skin on PBE is Bad

Going almost 4 weeks without a skin on the PBE is a VERY bad idea. I know for years Riot Games have been doing this but a little annoying to have to wait so long for such little hype. The Anivia and Nunu & WIllump skins are ok, but I think they would've been more well received if they were accompanied by more skins or even released 2 weeks ago. I mean, with such a huge gap players were probably expecting something amazing (like an Ultimate skin) but we got two decent looking skins that didn't live up to the hype.

We had Lunar Revel skins in testing for two weeks, and Valentine's happened to be on PBE for four total because Tencent's going on holiday and doesn't want to patch in skins over Lunar New Year. Quit exaggerating.

What hype? There was no hype other than the hype people built up in their heads.

That kinda makes me feel bad too. 2 weeks ago I kept hoping there would be more new skins added except 2 Valentines, when it didn't happen I hoped we would get bunch of new skins for the next patch. And we got just two skins, that are pretty nice, yes, but they're just two.

And I can't believe Riot is missing it's chance to release Kayle and Morgana on February 21st, that would've been soooo badass.
