**Does anyone know where this story is actually set? **

It mentions drunken sailors but I feel like that could be anywhere from Piltover, Bilgewater, Demacia or even Noxus. I have a feeling it's set in Demacia however, as that is where she also killed 's parents and it would make sense for that be a common feeding ground of hers, considering the amount of wealth and likely greed found in such a prestigious City.

I only noticed that, along with , she is one of the only champions not listed anywhere on the new Runeterra Map. I really hope riot just have not gotten to it yet and haven't forgotten about her. :(

I think, distance doesn't matter to demons, so it takes her less time to move around in her search for victims.

Well, that can also be connected to their stories and, probably, behavior patterns. Nocturne has a whole land of people who are fearful of the lands outside and obvious to magic to the point they try to convince themselves it doesn't exist: it's like opening a box of fear-stuffed candy. Maybe Lux chased him away from one part of Demacia, but there are still lots of villages, towns and cities for him to feast upon. Therefore, he is little reason for him to leave.

Tahm goes wherever he wants, but he likes gamblers and people who think they deserve better: thus, Bilgewater.

Evelynn goes after happy people because she enjoys breaking them the most, so she prowls around whenever she is not creating cults in her name.

I think the point is that The Tallest Daisy could've happened anywhere.
