I love the Akali rework. But I am so disappointed in how they portrayed Akali and Kennen's relation.

I don't know if I am being biased because of some idea I built up in my head, but going into this I always pictured Akali as loving Shen and Kennen deeply, but needing to leave them behind in order to forge her own path.

I would have really loved for Shen to be portrayed more as a beloved teacher, and Kennen as a life-long friend that she had to leave behind. Now it's Kennen being a teacher and Shen being... also a teacher. But I don't feel any emotion attached to them in regards to Akali's POV.

Being best buddies throughout life would've been a great dynamic for Akali and Kennen, we don't really have that with any other champions. sigh

Well, she did learn alot from the little guy, it's in her bio. She has a soft spot for him. There's a line for that. She likes him. There were more lines, but in fitting with a stealthy assassin, we went with a smaller VO script to align with that. Check her out in game, where the lines are meant to be heard. Akali has reverence for the Kinkou, (how could she not?), but she gotta do her thing. Cheers!

I used to love reading champions Lore and events like Bilgewater , but since Varus new Lore every has been bad or just plain boring also all champions that have had a rework lore and the Champs Personality is like they have nothing almost in common with there former self maybe there Name. I read the old lores and story with such Joy , now nothing the new akali Lore is beyond bad no emotion in lore or ingame lines a B... that likes to kill and dose not like to be told what to do who cares about none but herself very EDGY. I have given up all hope to find any kind of Joy with this game everything has changed for the worse from gameplay to Lore.
