Sooo I watched some Ezreal's interactions on Youtube recently but i kept hearing jarro lightfeather frist from ezreal then sylas. So who is Jarro Lightfeather?

pretty sure its an alias to Ezreal.
One of Ezreal's in-game quote: "I use a fake name in Demacia. Jarro Lightfeather. Sentinel of Light, 8th Order. He's a national hero."
Basically, it's just an alias that he uses that makes himself seem cooler than he actually is.
He also has this quote, "Jarro Lightfeather never gives up. He learned that from me." It is a jab at the fact they are the one and same person.
I am not sure if Sylas speaks about the alias (judging by the OP it seems to imply that Sylas mentions the name so I'll take your word for it), but it's probably that he's heard of the name at some point during his imprisonment (overhearing wardens maybe?) given Ezreal claims to use the alias while in Demacia and also that he isn't exactly popular over there. And he thought the name is a real name.
Why, Jarro Lightfeather is only the most dashing, brave, and selfless hero ever to grace the kingdom of Demacia. (and humble, too)

Jarro Lightfeather IS Ezreal.
Sort of an alias some have said. Perhaps even a persona as Ezreal does talk about what Jarro would and wouldn't do.
