My say would be
- Alistar - he is practically a walking muscle 2. Volibear / Galio/ Cho'gath?
- Braum - lore confirmed as strongest human
- Garen
- Darius/ Tryndamere
- Olaf

likely have more brute strenght than most other champs simply because they are so huge
However 
is actually known to compete with Galio,so that means that there are some badasses who can go toe to toe with these huge champs.

When it comes to brute strength size tends to matter.
Which means A-Sol as long as Bard doesn't have some mythical bitchslapping technique we never knew of.
I'm pretty sure Sol could swipe his hand across the ground and send Malphite flying if he really wanted to.
