Since Riot is skimping VGU skins below 975, Volibear skins should get a price up to meet standard

Namely El Rayo and Captain.

Both of these skins have good potential for high quality in a VGU but currently are his 2 weakest skins compared to Thunder Lord and Runeguard, and Northern somewhere in the middle. TL obviously doesn't need a fresh VFX set since the theme isn't any different and Rune Guard will be really hard to fuck up.

I would gladly put out a little more money for El Rayo to fully encapsulate the wrestler theme it currently fails to inspire.
