Golden Championship Ashe without championship ashe?
Just wondering, If you bought the golden championship ashe with tokens without owning the regular championship ashe skin, would be still be able to use it?

'Unlocking' the Chroma won't give you access to the skin, but it should still bind to your account for you to be able to use later if you choose to purchase said skin. Unless 'Rito coding' happens.
You can unlock it, but you can't play it without the skin itself.
So if you don't have enough for both champ ash and the missions ticket, you can buy the missions ticket and unlock both the chroma and the border for when you do unlock championship ashe.
