Hello, I was curious if the new Vladimir lore is a hint at him being visually updated? I really like him thematically and I like both versions of his kit. His current kit doesn't need an update, but I feel he could really use some new VU and voice overs (not a new voice actor but him to do more lines if that is possible). I see from time-to-time people asking that question, but lore updates are not meant to be teasers for any future reworks.
The only exception I can think of, and it's not really an exception, was the changes made to Volibear's description in Ornn's lore. But Ornn came out quite a while ago now and Riot seemingly has no rush to update or even green light a Voli rework, as of yet. So i'd argue that just because lore makes you think its hinting towards a rework on the horizon, that's not necessarily reflective of the company's immediate plans. I'd say that definitely applies to Vladimir currently.
Riot needs to fix MMR or ranked in general wtf....
