Can the 18-Point Masteries get animations when hovered over with the mouse?

The animations could be turned off in the options menu.
It would be awesome to have flickering fires (Strength of the Ages, Grasp of the Undying, Deathfire Touch), hovering stones (Bond of Stone), striking lightning (Thunderlord's Decree), or flattering hair/capes (Windspeaker's Blessing, Stormraider's Surge).
Fervor of Battle could pulse like a heart, and Warlock's Bloodlust could have blood running down the blade.

I mean ... when the preseason's in ... and you're not busy anymore ... like ... if you want to ... it would be awesome, please.
