I think the chained champion would be Sylas from the new story on Universe, A Demacian Heart. I just had the idea after I read the story. He has a reason to fight and the weapons to do it. And the Demacians wanting to hunt him down would explain the chains. The pictures in the Demacian Universe page would probably be scenes from his "revenge". It's just a theory, but I wanted to throw it out here before I forget.

My guess is the new champion makes champions use their ults against their own team.

Where are the previous visions tho? The ones that show the city. Where can I find them?
