Will Champions Only Get One Legendary Skin?

Ideally every champion should have at least one skin per tier, and whatever tier a skin fits in. But with so many champions and growing, and others waiting years for even one skin let alone a higher one, will a champion be locked out of future legendary skins if they already have one?

Well in the past they didn't do that, but nowadays it does look like they are intentionally avoiding champions who already have a legendary skin. After all it would reek of favoritism if they gave them a second one and its likely more lucrative for them if a champ offers some variety when it comes to skin prices.

It's probably unlikely for champions to get multiple Legendary or Ultimate skins since they will not only have a lot of work put into building those skins but they also have to have the Voice Actors available at the time they start working on them.

Most champs will probably only have one Legendary skin. There are of course the older legendary skins on champs like Firefighter Tristana that have nothing more than a new Model and some effect changes, where as her Dragon Trainer skin has ALL of the Legendary features (including a new voice over, animations, death, ect). Others like Cho'gath that have two skins with different voice overs but still also lack a major amount of features, and so on.

So I don't see them really doing multiple legendaries these days since their skin standards have changed drastically.

It'll probably take 3 years or so for them to make a legendary skin for my favorite champ, Karma.

I will wait patiently until that time comes...

Cho'Gath has two legendary skins. Sure the first one is outdated but if he could have two, that means there possibilities that other champs can have two legendaries.

Furthermore Dragon Trainer Tristana and Firefighter Tristana. Riot aren't really about "skin equality".
