Ahri has a bunch of issues because she likes to eat people and is a cannibal but at the same time does not want to eat people because she is a person. She is kind of like a psychopath.

Illaoi is all about chasing your desires regardless of what they are. She is also able to find the desire that people want and help them search for it.

Thus Illaoi would be able to help Ahri then Ahri would fall in love with Illaoi and then that is it. Wukong is literally a boosted animal so Ahri would not want to hang out with Monkey.

Not everyone falls for their helper tho, cue in for da "friend zone", or just general friendship. And not like Illaoi would be interested in Ahri anyway. So nah, I don't think it'll work even if that's the only possible ship for Ahri (which it maybe isn't, idk).
