Hextech Heimerdinger?

for any heimerdinger players or really anyone who's ever played heimerdinger, why isn't there a hextech heimerdinger skin? There's a hextech amumu skin, a hextech freaking KOG MAW skin... but not a hextech skin that would fit so perfectly with this particular champion. Its begging to get made, @riotgames this is a no brainer, I know you could make it great. Every heimerdinger player would be thanking you.

PS. dragon trainger heimerdinger was also a great skin

I'm not sure if Hextech Heimerdinger has enough other skins to get Hextech. Heimer skins take some considerable work, what with all the models to do over, and Hextech skins need to be made for champions that have a lot of other skins anyway, which is why a lot of earlier champions like Rammus, Annie, and Amumu have gotten the Hextech skins.
