Make champions' pages in store animated

If Low-Spec mode is not activated, it'd be cool to be able to see a champion in motion while looking at their splash. https://youtu.be/18yK0G9hHts Like example, opening up Vi in the shop and seeing her animated on the right. All champs from past like 6 years have had login screens, so just Copy-Paste. Older champions would have to lump it for the time being until/if something is made

Would add more depth to the new and improved permanent client. Just throwing ideas out to make it better in the future.
