Is Kindred confirmed to be just a legend?

So, with the Grim Reaper themselves on their way, a lot of questions have arisen about Kindred's actual existence. They're cool, sure, but they really don't fit the universe of Runeterra, even the new one.

Proof n.1: Sion. The Undead Juggernaut was brought back, soul and everything, after over a century dead. Worse, he's fueled by the Souls of those he slays (Soul Furnace), meaning not only was his resurrection a direct contradiction to Kindred's purpose (Souls that travel to the other side don't tend to come back), but by the mere act of existing Sion is interfering with Kindred's purpose, and denying hundreds, if not thousands of souls their right to cross over. Would seem like a prime player in Kindred's shitlist. But so far as we know, he has never encountered Kindred since being resurrected, nor have Kindred done anything to stop this defilement of natural purpose. Either Vladimir's blood magic is more powerful than the Personification of Death (In which case kudos to my main) or something's not right in this story.

Proof n.2: Urgot Like Sion, this guy straight up died (albeit for mere weeks/months compared to Sion's 3 generations) and was brought back to life. Contrary to Sion, there was no magic involved in his resurrection, only Techmaturgy/Technology. I mention this because if Kindred were the Grim Reaper of Runeterra that guides souls to the afterlife, it would seem odd the means to bring a person, or more importantly their soul, back to life would be at human reach by mere and mundane technology. Also opposed to the Big Guy Sion mr. Crabwalk remembers everything about his past and death, but Kindred never even registers in the unholy hate machine's mind. Maybe a consequence of him being a old-loremonger and will be rectified with his VU, but it still rings some bells.

Proof n.3: Yorick The Gravedigger is said to help the denizens of the Shadow Isles go through the many stages of death. True, this might just be because of the whole zombie thingy, but it seems to suggest death in Runeterra is more complex than a simple on/off switch.

Proof n.4:Blitzcrank Alright, not really "proof" per say (Now that I think of it none of the previous statements were, but whatever), but the existence of a robot with a soul raises a LOT of questions. Would Kindred go after Blitzcrank when it's his time to go? How would they even decide its his time to go? Would Blitz be vulnerable to Lamb's arrows and Wolf's jaws or it is a more "organic" deal? Now that one mentions Grabman, how aboutGalio ? And Ahri? Alistar or any other anthropomorphic animals that gained sentience as a result of the Rune Wars? Would they be hunted too?

I'd like to present my theory that Kindred isn't actually death, just a very powerful being that thinks itself to be death and is playing God. But what are your opinions about Kindred?

As seen in that short story "A Good Death", Kindred is a real thing. They actually physically met someone after all and that's saying a lot.

Also to remind people; Kindred is effectively Runeterra's Grim Reaper, thus they are actually death in its entirety, with Lamb and Wolf representing the ways in which people can come to terms with death, not actual forms of dying. Kindred's possibly the closest thing to a legitimate God we've seen in League along with folks like Vilemaw and the Bearded Lady, and chances are they're more powerful than either of those two, or any other being we've seen in League period.

Sure there exist undeads, but how does that mean kindred doesn't exist? We can't be sure what Kindreds role exactly is. I mean Maggas friends were killed by Bandits,so what exactly is kindreds role? -Did Kindred cause this by "sealing the fate" of her friends? -Do they just gather the souls/guide them to the afterlife? -Are they merely the trigger that end your life?(As in you simply wouldn't die no matter what wounds you suffer unless kindred "kills" you)

There is nothing that indicates that they lead the souls to the after life(even if they did it doesn't mean that the souls can't be brought back in any way) be and they more or less did give magga the choice to run back(which would have killed magga) or to stay,so I doubt that they seal the fate of the people. Personally I think the third is true(as kindred says, they are not welcome at the shadow isles) Imagine if pretty much everyone had an on/off-switch,you are alive as long as the switch stays "on" and you die if it is "off". Kindred would be the only thing that could turn the switch from "on" to "off"(their ultimate being pretty much kindred refusing to do that). However that wouldn't mean that there aren't ways to turn it "on" again(like Urgot) or to keep the switch in the middle of both(resulting in undeath).

They merely cause you to die, even if this death isn't final.

Also Sion wasn't dead for 3 generations,he died when he killed Jarvan 1 and was revived shortly after that. Then he was then locked up in his grave for generations until Swain took over noxus, rediscovered Sion(who was still undead and imprisoned) and reprogrammed Sion with the help of JarvanIVs blood and Vladimirs blood magic.

And Urgot was resurrected through the combination of science and magic.
