2 small issues I have with Talon's design.

I picked up playing Talon recently and there are a couple of things that I find kind of off putting coming from his design. The two things being 1 The Blade mounted on his arm seems way too big and inconvenient for an assassin that is going to parkour all around the place and get to his targets. 2 His cloak that although is really cool looking has these blades attached at the end of the stripes but don't really seem to serve any purpose since it really doesn't seem like he uses them in any of his abilities and it just ends up feeling rather weird for them to be there.

And these two things carry on his skins, while the Blade on his arm seem like something better/more functional in some skins, some skins make the cloak blades seem even more ridiculous.
