Miss Fortune got a skin 6 months ago and it was a 1350Rp one. Now this one is probably a Legendary one and it is Dreadnova or some sort of space pirate one. I guess Riot is breaking rules and excuses they have been giving for other champions for years now, but bending the rules for other ones. Swain gets a skin after his release when for years you have been saying that champions that are on the VGU or update list won't have skins being made for them. Meanwhile we have champions who are on your hypothetical rework list that haven't gotten a skin for years.

he's right though, MF already has a shit ton of skins so does Ahri and Jhin...Meanwhile we have champs who have not seen skins for 3+ years. Didn't MF get a skin last year? Like in August? So that's fairly recent for getting another one that is not e-sports related.
