Question to all the grammar Nazis out there: Is it truly ironic when Jhin says "Yes the gun is ironic"? I think that this is just a case of dramatic irony and maybe not even that.

Remember it is not irony for a grammar nazi to use irony wrong. It's a lot harder than that.

His gun (the entire thing, not just the pistol part) is molded after a pen, if I recall the AMA correctly. So the saying "the pen is mightier than the sword" and then the "pen" being a gun, which is mightier than a sword, would be a form of irony. I think.
