Why doesnt Xin have a horse?

Maybe give him a recall where he gets on his horse, rallies it, then runs forward and is suddenly back at base?

I vote to give him a horse is in his VGU, should he get one.
Well, to be exact, in his lore it never states he had a horse, and (imo) maybe Riot meant for the skins to look more badass than Xin already is by adding a horse, displaying how much you'd look more swag if you bought a skin.
tl;dr Xin never had a horse, and the horses in skins are for marketing
Because in Dynasty Warriors whenever you click E in the battlefield a horse comes for you to ride, Warring Kingdoms skins are based on Dynasty Warriors, for the other i dont know but Xin Zhao pretty much is based on DW in the first place
Edit: Sorry your title is kinda a trick, most people don't notice that you say ''doesn't'' and think that you ask why he has a horse.
I don't know about the other two, but that first one is a reference to Zhao Yun from the Dynasty Warriors series. Zhao Yun is often depicted riding his white horse.
Edit: Just realized about two hours after I made this post, I misread the OP's title. Pro moves lazy, pro moves.
OT: I think it'd be cool to give him something involving a horse in maybe his homeguard animation, or maybe his recall (or both?).
