Kindred - A General Observation

I saw a discussion yesterday of Kindred's possible origins, and why there are two, and after hearing their VO, I've come up with a general observation or two about them.

"Lamb, tell me a story." "There was once a pale man with dark hair who was very lonely." "Why was it lonely?" "All things must meet this man, so, they shunned him." "Did he chase them all?" "He took an ax, and split himself in two. Right. Down. The middle." "So he would always have a friend?" "So he would always have a friend."

This story takes up approximately 30 seconds of their in-game voice-over, and holds a significant amount of backstory, as it essentially details Kindred's origins. Perhaps in Runeterra, Death personified itself as man with a pale complexion; it would stand for obvious reasons why no one wanted to meet him, as everyone was afraid of dying. The discussion I read yesterday noted that Kindred, before splitting themselves in two, had been a man who did not used to be lonely; rather, the man had a friend - Life. The efforts of these two maintained the natural order of the world of Runeterra. The Ruined King, however, before his fall, ordered his sorcerers to "break the barriers that separated life and death," thinking perhaps that they were askew; however, his order caused the opposite - his order separated Life and Death. And Life became trapped within what is now the Shadow Isles. The instrument of this? Perhaps it was the Blade of the Ruined King. The voice-over mentions that something was "Sharp enough to slice the veil between life and death" [This is currently conjecture as I'm not able to verify the item interaction].

  1. After splitting itself in two, Death becomes two aspects - each with faint traits of the other. Lamb is the Gentle Death, the one that comes swift and painless; this is embodied with arrows. Lamb, however, possesses a faint sense of cruelty. Wolf is the Painful Death, the one that ends its victim brutally, painfully; this is embodied with fangs. Wolf, however, will finish off its prey swiftly when the chase is over.

These are just some observations. This character's lore and backstory really interest me, and I would like to hear your thoughts and theories as well.
