Star Guardian MF recall bug?

So as someone who plays a lot of Miss Fortune, particularly Star Guardian MF, I’ve noticed that her recall seems to have lost the orange beam of light (more or less the same as the one Star Guardian Soraka’s has) that it once had some time ago on both PBE and Live. I thought that it was a great addition, since A) her recall felt like it was missing something, and B) it created a sense of cohesion between this seasons Star Guardians, but now it’s not included in either the PBE or Live versions of the game, and I was wondering if it’s just a little bug, or if it was scrapped.
