We know that Jax WASN'T affected by the void cataclysm in Icathia. But that's were it ends. What are his intentions, is he a Baccai? was he affected by a Darkin??? Did he have more run-ins with the void??? WORLD RUNES??? Please, answers. :(
The Ascention Ritual is something that the "important people" of Shurima Empire does. Considering that he was fighting against them, i doubt that he was part of that Ritual, so, he would not be an Ascended/Baccai/Darkin.
But maybe, he is an exiled Baccai... However, i dont think that Riot wants to make him human... and technically, the Ascended are humans.
