Creating more momentum with sounds

First I would like to say Im a big fan of Riot's sound art. It really adds an extra dimension to the game, and they surprise me every time with the sound art they create. I really like the star guardian start of game music. The little soundtrack would make me feel like playing with the skin makes me invincible. But this made me think:

Aside from these extra's like champion teaser sounds and skin theme sounds to change it up from time to time, all games I play kinda feel the same sound-wise. I think it would be a great idea to add some dynamic interaction between the music we hear and the interactions we make in-game. Lets say getting killstreaks gives the player (or the team) a brief sound to inspire the player or team and create more momentum. The sounds would be longer and intenser the more valuable the interaction becomes (like getting an ace or killing baron)

On a side note: Implementing this would create a psychological(?)/emotional(?) advantage over the enemy team so there might be needed some gold income nerfs from player and objective kills needed to fully balance this out. (or not but I feel games will get more snowball like then)

A good example of this would be the change of music when winning a game on Howling Abyss. Its a powerfull tool and the reason why i love playing ARAM games. Not the randomness, not the snowballs, but the epicness of winning the game and getting thrilled and hyped to win my next game.

The idea might be trivial and not look so important but I think it would make a decent impact on games (e.g. players focussing more on objectives after getting that kill instead of recalling, using baron buff to the fullest). Any toughts on this?

I love the game sounds, job well done Riot.
