It has been 2 years since the last Talon skin. :( When are we going to get another one?! Because Talon is a really fun champ that needs a new skin

The last skin tor Talon was Bloodmoon Talon in February 2017, so just slightly more than 1 year ago. He actually isn't in that dire need of a new skin.
