Is Braum... really there?

So I've been wandering lately... Is Braum even real in the lore? I'm not particularly talking about if he was real at some point in time, I mean, is he recent? I don't remember hem being in any story from his launch, I don't remember us getting any demonstrably real story where Braum is included, just some apparently really old story. So my question to RIOT is: Is Braum just old over exaggerated story/hero of past, that is in game just because the game itself isn't canon, so it doesnt matter if he lives or not?

If Ashe´s voicelines are anything to go by he is part of her tribe at the present.

As for how he is alive while so old?

.....

Muscle´s so mighty they overpowered aging altogether, the reaper´s scythe hit him and it broke.

You don't pray to braum, who do you pray to every night then?

Believe in Braum, he can only exist if you BELIEVE.

After learning Santa doesn't exist and that avocados taste like nothing, I don't think I can take any more of these.

I'm pretty convinced Braum is an Iceborne like Lissandra but Riot just hasn't gotten to that part of the lore. Hes a Paul Bunyan-esque folk hero but he keeps reappearing in old stories hinting he may be immortal some how

It was stated that Yuumi liked to rest on his shoulder. And to be fair none of the champions are real. ;)

braum was literally just a random guy who happened to be in the right place at the right time maybe when riot re-does his lore we might get something x3 until then hes just some random guy who was strong enough to rip a door off its hinges

As of right now Braum is probably just the subject of folk legends as their are no reputable accounts or sightings of him by a reliable narrator

If you believe in this quote though ("There are three deaths. The first is when the body ceases to function. The second is when the body is consigned to the grave. The third is that moment, sometime in the future, when your name is spoken for the last time" ) then he lives in a sense

Nope Braum is what happens when you take several Fluft of Poros and merge them together which only occurs in times of great and terrible evil hence why he is folklore status within the region.

I still think Braum is a spirit. He would have started off similar to Janna except instead of sailors it was children that were told stories of Braum, and the act of retelling those stories and people believing in Braum gave the spirit power.

I was going to say Kindred's arrow and teeth just both can't phase him but likely he's an iceborn so longer life span
