Lore thought on new skins

I just had a thought randomly today about the new Project Skins that came out recently, what if the Project characters were built to fight against the mecha skins that Creator Viktor created or helped "evolve" in which Yi was gonna be the leader or something of the Alpha Project group. It was just a thought and I have no idea if anything official was released or if any other boards were made but thoughts?
