Just my two cents of why pug'maw should get a change or not even be released. The skin itself is cool and all, but most of us know that the skin doesn't belong in League of legends even as a april fools skin.

Two comments taken from reddit by LastDreamy and QualitySupport, explains why Pug'maw isn't the most fitting skin and a potential fix for the skin that Riot should consider insted of scraping the skin like Sewn Chaos Amumu and Blitz.

-A lot of comments here are stating that this skin doesn't belong in League and they're right. I don't get how Riot can withdraw Sewn Chaos Amumu and Blitz which were very cool skins for the price given but release an odd textured skin that looks nothing like the champion and really breaks the visual equality the game has. Not saying it's not cute, but it looks like a custom fanmade skin and i would really have issues with it ingame. Add to that the current Kog void V.O to an actual IRL DOG and you get yourself a wtf moment. Things just don't make sense...i guess Riot just do what they want when they feel like it. I'm not fully hating on it, in fact i find it cute because it's a dog, but i just don't understand Riot's logic after the Sewn Chaos stuff and now this. I don't know if it's because of the Galio rework (and i highly doubt it) but...those skins are really poor quality. And deep inside i feel bad because Galio gets so much love with amazing reworked skins but themed skins like April Fools get completely crushed. Note that the same thing exactly happened with the Warwick rework where his skins were golden good but Sewn Chaos skins got...well, removed. -LastDreamy.

-I feel like the only way Riot could possibly get this skin out is by making it more like a disguise Kog'Maw wears (kinda like Dino Gnar). Otherwise, this really doesn't fit into the general LoL theme. Even the skin itself (which is well designed, don't get me wrong) looks odd/wrong compared to the abilities and the voice-over used. -QualitySupport.

If it were Kog in a dog costume I don't think I would despise this thing as much as I do.

I agree. It's a pretty cute concept but the hyperrealistic visuals of the skin do not mesh well with the painterly style of League. I think Kog'Maw in a cute pug costume would have been more elegant :)

Riot. I dont want to be rude, but, this looks like a Leaguecraft custom skin. You have a complete team of professional designers, you can do it better or more contextual, like, idk, maybe Kog, with a. well made dog disguise and barking? I don't hate the skin, but , it can look more contextual.

I don't see what it is with you haters. Pug maw is one of the coolest skins in the game. Like Urf Warwick or Commander Garen matches the game either. You are just mad because your champion doesn't get any cool skins. Pug maw should definitely get into the game and it will.

I main ADC ezreal but my fav dogs r pugs after seeing this skin I started playing log every game he's gonna be my 2nd main I'm so ready I LOVE THIS PUG MAW SKIN PLEASE COME OUT WITH IT THANKS (:

I would instantly buy Pug'Maw (in its first, more detailed PBE iteration) if the skin is released. Some players enjoy fun/silly/creepy skins. April Fools has, for the last few years, been the time of year that Riot releases skins that cater to these players' aesthetic preferences.

Pug'Maw should be released because the League of Legends community is comprised of a wide variety of people with a wide variety of preferences. Riot has serious and "cool" skin series, from the Warren/Marauder skin line to the PROJECT and Battlecast series. You have the complete freedom to play as an alien invader, demon lord, cupcake zombie, cyborg ninja, Christmas tree, rainbow pony, etc. You do not have to like or play Pug'Maw.

A comical, creepy pug skin will not negatively impact your League experience, especially if you have no interest in purchasing it. Other players will buy this skin and enjoy using it. Not every player will appreciate every skin, champion, or icon. That is why there are hundreds of them.

Thought that this was some fan made stuff when i first saw a video of it. I always considered Youtube a silly place. Turned out this was real. This stinks of desperation for a Riot skin

I don't get theese people. Funny looking and joke skins are literally best ones you can buy in this game. Pool party draven is my all time favourite.

the chromas related to pug maw look so amazing. They seem to be way better than most if not all the other chromas. if you look up and down in the store. Weird oh well i dont own the skin to even upgrade to the chroma(s) anyway
