No, because that woman is clearly Ionian. It's extremely heavily implied the next marksman is Lunari. Also, prayer beads are common in a lot of religions. Buddhism, Catholicism, etc.

Hmm. I don't think so. The new marksman is going to be a Lunari, and Greenglade Duo looks more Ionian.

Plus, the beads don't match up exactly. Greenglade's look to be larger then the Marksman.
