Blood Moon skins for Vladimir and Ekko

Ever since I started playing Vlad i always wondered "Why doesn't Vlad have a Blood Moon skin when he is a Hemomage?" Like Riot you are missing a easy skin here like he is a MAGE THE CONTROLS BLOOD. And Ekko would just be a cool blood moon skin.

Bloodmoon has nothing to do with BLOOD nore does it really have to do with the Moon (like the people that whined for Diana to get one). The thematic is about demons and is based around a Japanese theater asthetic.

I think Vladimir is fits Blood Moon theme second only to Jhin. (More than Akali and Shen) Because he is very related to "classical art" in his bio. It is my personal opinion, I feel that his character really embodies the aesthetics of Noh.（I’d be glad to answer if anyone ask me why I felt so.）

It's a bit obsolete, he's already all about blood why give him another blood skin? Blood lord vlad also exists. Just feels pointless and uninspired. It's like giving maokai or zyra an elderwood skin.

Idk though since Vlad is older looking I feel new skins should go to modern champs whose looks and feel will make the skin feel more in line with current visuals.

BM Vladimir would be cool, but Ekko would look out of place for me
