Would Talon x Kat be wrong?

On one hand, you can consider them family.
But on the other hand, how could you not fall in love with someone who took you in and treated you? They grew up together too, so it's not like there's that much of an age difference. You could think of them as elementary school crushes that just managed to be lucky enough to live in the same house together.
Imagine you're a 10 year old Talon. Put yourself in his shoes. You're sitting alone on a curb at night, while a rat scurries along past your feet. You flip and twirl your dagger between your fingers, watching it briefly shine in the faint light with each flip. With one last twirl, you throw the dagger at the rat. One shot, one kill. You think to yourself, "looks like I got my food for the night, now." Then you hear a young girl's voice behind you. You freeze for a brief moment, then decide to run. Talon doesn't like strangers. Then she Shunpo's in front of you. You try to turn again, but she grabs your wrist and says "It's okay. I have a place you can stay." You look back at her. Green eyes with an earnest smile. And spend the next 15 years (at least; Talon looks 25 to me) with her. Grow up with her. The first woman that ever touched you. The first person that you ever got close to without thinking you were about to stab them or kill them just to live.
What do you think? Would it be bad if Talon and Kat fell in love together?
